- Stage 1
Screening Interview
Thanks for setting up an introductory call with our Talent Team. We expect this to last between 15-30 minutes.
What to expect?
- Quick intro into FIELD and an overview of the opportunity
- High Level overview for your experience and expectations
- Some specific technical questions around the skills needed for this opportunity
- General housekeeping: Notice period, salary expectations etc..

- Stage 2
First Interview
This will be your first opportunity to meet with some of the team you’d be working with in this role.
What to expect?
- Intros and/or a high level run through of your CV
- Technical questions - these are usually a combination of competency, or situational questions
- It’s really likely that they will ask you some questions about FIELD and who we are, so be sure to do a little research beforehand

- Stage 3
Second Interview
Similar to your last interview, you will be meeting with one, or more of the team (details confirmed in your calendar invite)
What to expect?
- Depending on the role, this stage will either be more technical questions OR a test/case study (details for which you will have received separately from the Talent Team)

Final Interview
Thanks so much for engaging with our interview process and sticking with us to the final stage!
What to expect?
- More intros if you’re meeting team members who haven’t been involved in the interview process until now
- Usually this stage is focused on our company values and how you’ll integrate with the team, so you’ll likely be asked lots of questions about situations you’ve been in before, or how you would handle hypothetical situations.
- If your interview is in the office you’ll also get the opportunity to meet with some of the wider team as well.
